It’s the first show of December and the weather calls for Rain with chance of scattered ninjas…Kevin and I are here to try and make sense of the re-emergence of the iconic assassin of ’80s. We also talk about the recent Golden Horse awards, the use of digital video vs. film, and Alec Baldwin’s self-debasement…among other things.

Glad you liked it. Kevin and I are definitely not the funniests host in podcast land, but we do have a few moments where we crack each other up now and then…I wasn’t sure if keeping these moments it would be good for the integrity of the podcast/content etc…but I am glad you enjoyed them in the last episode. Of course, Ninja Assassin was easy to pick at lol

Yeah, Mulan opened on the 3rd in Hong Kong…a few weeks after its debut in the mainland. Not doing too well there though, despite a HK director and actor in the mix.
